Gore Grind

Exhale is a Swedish death metal/goregrind band formed in 2004, influenced by such acts as Nasum, Misery Index, Rotten Sound, Entombed, and more.     

Foetopsy is a brutal death metal/grindcore band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  

Nunwhore Commando 666 (often abbreviated NWC666) was founded in 1995 by musicians of Gut, Libido Airbag, and Nyctophobic, however the band did not record any material until reconvening in 2001.  They have been influenced by bands like Gore Beyond Necropsy, Catasexual Urge Motivation, Gut, Blasphemy, Mortician.  Their  musical style is self-described as “Electronic Pumpgun Grind”, and the group plays and records without a drummer, preferring to use drum machines.

Regurgitate is an influential goregrind band formed in 1990 in Stockholm, Sweden.  Signed to Relapse Records, they have been quite prolific in their more than 20 year career, appearing on numerous compliations, and releasing over two dozen splits and full-length albums.

Dead Infection is a goregrind band from Poland. Since forming in early 1990, they have released three full-length albums and several split albums and singles.  Released in 1995, their second album, A Chapter of Accidents, is considered by many to be among the milestones of goregrind music.

Waco Jesus is an American grindcore/brutal death metal band, founded 1994 in Illinois. They formed initially by Kevin Mensen and Crazy Jim set out to upset people and disrupt the peace with the most extreme and sick sound they could create… and the visual presentation of flyers, artwork and album covers were no exception. 

Torsofuk is a goregrind/brutal death metal band from Finland.  They formed in 1995 and after many line-up changes and some live shows, the band split up around 1999. In 2001 the band returned for a split with Lymphatic Phlegm and after that called it quits again. However, Goregiastic Records offered them a record deal; the band accepted it and recorded their first full-length in 2004.

Squash Bowels is a Polish goregrind band.  They have been together since 1994, and have a prolific recording history.

The Day Everything Became Nothing is a goregrind band formed in Melbourne, Australia in 2001.  

Jig-ai are a goregrind/death metal band from Prague, Czech Republic.  The band's artwork and lyrical themes are both based off of Guro, a genre of hentai (anime porn) which is characterised by extremely violent images of anime characters (often female) being mutilated in a sexually appealing way. Jigai was a traditional method of ritual suicide for women in Japan.
